AnSwer -:

Area of triangle-: 60 cm^2

______________________________

Explanation-:

Area of triangle -:

“A =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)”

S = semi perimeter

A,B,C = three sides of triangle

A = Area

Given ,

The isosceles triangle equal sides are 13

cm and third side is 24 cm

To find ,

Area of triangle

_______________________________

Area of triangle -:

“A =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)”

S = semi perimeter = 25 cm

A= 13 cm

B = 13 cm

C = 24 cm

A = Area

Then ,

Semi perimeter-: a+b+c/2

13 + 13 + 24 / 2

26 + 24 / 2

50 /2

= 25 cm

√25(25 - 13)(25 - 13 )(25 - 24)

√ 25 x 12 x 12 x 1

√25 x 144

√ 3,600

= 60 cm^2

Hence,

Area of triangle-: 60 cm^2
