For this question isosceles triangle is named as ABC where AB=AC for measuring height of the triangle we divide the base I. e. 12cm by 2
=6
Wo we have two right triangle
By pythogoras theorem, AB^2-6^2=h^2
225-36=189
=h=root189
h= 13.75
h=14
Area of triangle =1/2×12×14
