find the area of an isosceles triangle whose one side is 10 cm then each of its equal side and its perimeter is 100 cm

Your question arises 2 cases:
1. 10cm more than other sides
2. 10 cm less than other sides
In the first case:
sum of all sides = perimeter
x+x+(10+x) = 100
3x+10=100
x=30cm
In the second case:
x+x+(x-10) = 100
3x-10 = 100
x =  \frac{110}{3} cm
