the perimeter of isosceles triangle equals to 2 a + b so

36 = 2 A + 10

2a=36 - 10

a=26 / 2

a=13cm

area= b(√4a^2-b^2)/4

=10(√4(13)^2-(10)^2)/4

=10(√4*169 - 100)/4

=10(√676 - 100)/4

=10(√576 )/4

=10(24/4)

=10 * 6

=60 cm
