side 1&2 = 13 cm
side 3 = 20 cm
USING Heron's formula
Finding semi perimeter...
13+13+20/2
46/2

√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
√23*10*10*3
10√69
value of √69 = 8.30
so area = 10*8.30
83 cm^2
