Given , side of square = 35 cm

since,the circle is inscribed in a square and as we know that length of each sides of sqaure are equal .

so then ,diameter of circle will be equal to side of square .

since we know that,diameter of circle
= 2 r

diameter of circle = side of square

2r = 35 => r = 17.5 cm

Find the area of circle :
-------------------------------
area of circle = πr^2

=( 22 / 7 ) × ( 17.5 )^2

= 22 × 306.25 / 7

= 22 × 43.75 = 962.5 cm^2

therefore , area of circle = 962.5 cm^2

Answer : area = 962.5 cm^2
