Hello, the question isn't clear .so,

i'm assuming that the question is :

Find the area of a circle whose circumference is equal to the sum of the circumferences of two circles of radii 15 cm and 13 cm.

2π(15+13) = 2πr

then, 15+13=r

r=28cm

therefore area of circle =  2πr² = 2π(28)²

=2x22/7x784= 44x112=4928cm²
