Question:-

find the area of equliateral triangle with side 2 cm

Answer:-

Given,

Area of equilateral triangle = (√3/4) a²

Here side(a) = 2 cm

= (√3/4) (2)²

= (√3/4) x (2) x (2)

= (√3)

= √3 cm²

Therefore area of an equilateral triangle whose side is 2 cm is √3 cm²
