Find the area of parallelogram ABCD in which AB=14 cm, BC=26, and diagonal AC=30cm.​

Answer:

BDC is an equilateral triangle.

area \: of \: n \: equilateral \: triangle \:  =  \sqrt{3}  {a}^{2}  \div 4

ABD is a right angle triangle.

use pythogoras theorem to find AB.

And use below formula for area.

area \: of \: right \: angle \: triangle = bh \div 2

Add the areas of both triangles to obtain the area of the quadrilateral.

Add the sides to obtain the perimeter.
