perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 44 \: cm \\ length = 20 \: cm \\  \\ \boxed{perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)} \\ 44 \\  =  = 2(20 + b) \\ 44 = 40 + b \\ b = 44 - 40 \\ breadth = 4 \: cm \\  \\ \boxed{Area \: of \: rectangle = length \times breadth} \\ 20 \times 4  \\  = 80 \:  {cm}^{2}

❁Required Answer :

we know that ,

{ \to \bf {perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)}}

Here given,

lenght = 20cm

perimeter = 44cm

to find breath.

= 20cm ×2=40cm

=40-44 /2=4/2=2

 \rm\: thus  \: breath = 2cm

now we need to find area

  { \to\bf{area \: of \: rectangle = l \times b}}

 = 20 \times 2 = 40

 {\red {\tt{thus \: area \:  = 40sqcm}}}

Recalling Formulas:

 \to \: perimeter \: of \: squares = 4 \times sides

 \to \: perimeter \: of \: triangle = a + b + c

 \to \: area \: of \: square \:  = side \times side

 \to \: area \: of \: triangle =  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times height
