Side \: Of \:  Rhombus = 17cm

Diagonal \: Side = 30cm

: AB² = AE² + BE²

⇒(17 {)}^{2}  = (15 {)}^{2}  + B {E}^{2}

⇒B {E}^{2}  = 289 - 225 = 64

⇒BE = x = 8

: \: BC = 16
