1/2*22/7*49

θ=  \frac{θ}{360} \pi {r}^{2} </p><p>

Hence, area of the sector of the circle of radius 7 cm and angle 60°

 =  \frac{180}{360}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7  \times 7

 = 11 \times 7

 = 77 {cm}^{2}
