The radius of the tire will presumably travel the same distance as the tire.
The tire, on the other hand, if friction is perfect and there’s no losses to slipping or whatever, will travel fifty times as long as the circumference. The circumference, and indeed the answer to your homework question, exists in other people’s answers here already. These assume that the circumference doesn’t change as the tire heats up of course, but maybe the tire has already reached a temperature equilibrium when you measure it.
