Given :

Circle :

Diameter = 12 cm

=> Radius = 6 cm

Square :

Side = 2 cm

Triangle :

Base = 3 cm

Height = 5 cm

Semicircle :

Diameter = 2.5 cm

Area of shaded region = Area of circle - ( area of 2 squares + area of triangle + area of semicircle )

 \large = \pi {r}^{2}  - (2 \times 4s) +  \frac{1}{2} bh + \pi d

 =  \frac{22}{7}  - (16 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 3 \times 5 +  \frac{22}{7}  \times 2.5)
