Half the side will be 7 cm
So now if one of the end points of diameter is at the centre of square
Therefore Diameter=7-3
=4cm
radius 2 cm
area of circle=πr^2
=22/7*2*2
=88/7
For 4 circles=4*88/7
=352/7
