Step-by-step explanation:

OA = 11 cm

CB = 4 cm

So, OA - CB = 11cm - 4cm = 7 cm

Radius of small circle is 7 cm

Area = pi × r^2

= 3.14 × 7^2

= 3.14 × 49

= 153.86 cm

= 154 cm .............rounding off

Answer: Radius of bigger circle= Radius of smaller one + the distance between both circles.

OA= OC + CB

11= OC +4

11-4=OC

OC= 7 cm.( so, the radius of smaller circle is 7 cm)

Area of smaller circle= π r²

= 22/7 x 7 x7

= 154 cm²

Hope it helps!!!!
