Given: The perimeter of the square is 25.

To find: The area.

Answer:

Perimeter of a square = 4 x Side.

Therefore, side = Perimeter/4

Side = 25/4

Area of a square = Side x Side = Side^2

Therefore, area of the square = (25/4)^2

= 625/16 = 39.06

Hope it helps :)
