find the area of the quadrilateral if diagonal is 10cm perpendicular from opposite vertices 4.5cm and 3.5cm

here is your answer
as 4.5 cm and 3.5 cm are perpendicular from the opposite vertex to diagonal of 10cm
then I area⬇
area = 4.5 \times 10 \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  = 4.5 \times 5 \\  = 22.5 {cm}^{2}
and II area⬇
area = 10 \times 3.5 \times  \frac{1}{2}  \\  = 17.5 {cm}^{2}
so total area=(17.5+22.5)=40cm^2
