 = {(l)}^{2} \\ \\ = {(5)}^{2} \\ \\ = 25 { \: cm}^{2}

Area of square :-

We know that side of square are equal and each angle is 90°.

 {x}^{2} + {x}^{2} = 100 \\ \\ 2 {x}^{2} = 100 \\ \\ {x}^{2} = 50 \\ \\ x = \sqrt{50} \: cm

Area of square :)

 = {(l)}^{2} \\ \\ = {( \sqrt{50} )}^{2} \\ \\ = 50 { \: cm}^{2}
