PQ² = 13²  - ( 12 - 7 )²

PQ² = 169 - 25 = 144

PQ = √144 = 12 m

Area = ( a + b ) / 2 * h,      where : a = 12, b = 7 and h = 12

Area= ( 12 + 7 ) / 2 * 12 = 19 / 2  *  12 = 19 * 6 = 114 m²
