area of trapezium=h(a+b)/2 here h= 20,a=16,b=15 and so 20(16+15)/2= 10(31)=310 cm^2
area of trapezium =310 cm^2

<B><I>HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :-

\underline{GIVEN}

Parallel sides = 16 cm and 15 cm

Distance between parallel sides i. e. height = 20 cm

\underline{\:TO\:FIND}

Area of trapezium = ?

\underline{SOLUTION}

We know that

Area of trapezium = 1/2 × sum of parallel sides × height

= 1/2 × ( 15 + 16 ) × 20

= 31 × 10

= 310 cm²
