Hello... Here is your answer.

Length of the rectangle =14m
Breadth of the rectangle =10m

Area of rectangle= length × breadth
= 14 × 10 = 140 sq.m

Radius of the semicircle = 7/2= 3.5m
Area of the semicircle=22/7 × 3.5 × 3.5/2
Area of one shaded semicircle = 19.25
Two such semicircles = 19.25 × 2
= 38.5 m

Area of unshaded portion = Area of whole figure - Area of shaded portion.
= 140m - 38.5m
= 101.5 m
Area of unshaded portion = 101.5 sq.m
