Let a=5,b=12,c=13

s=a+b+c÷2

=5+12+13÷2

=30÷2

=15

By using heron's formula,

Area of triangle,

=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√15(15-5)(15-12)(15-13)

=√15×10×3×2

=√3×5×2×5×3×1×2×1

=√3×3×5×5×2×2×1×1

=3×5×2×1

=30 unit square.
