we know area of triangle is 1/2 | x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2) |
=1/2 |2(0+4)-1(-4-3)+2(3+1) |
=1/2 |2(4)-1(-7)+2(4) |
=1/2 |8+7+8|
=1/2 |23|
=23/2
