HELLO DEAR,

QUESTION:-find the area sector whose radius is 7 cm and Central angle is 180°.

SOLUTION:- Given radius 7cm

By using formula ,

Area of sector = (πr^2 Q)/360°

So, area of above sector

= ( πr^2 × 180° ) / 360°

= [( 22/7 ) ( 7)^2 ( 180°)] / 360°

= [(22/7)(7)(7)(180°)]/ 360°

By solving it

= 11 ×7

= 77 cm^2. Answer

I HOPE IT'S HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS.

Given:

Radius of the circle = 7cm

Central angle of the circle = 180°

To Find:

Area of the sector

Solution:

Area of sector of circle

= (πr² x ∅)/360°

Thus,

= ( πr² × 180° ) / 360°

= 22/7 x 7² x 180° / 360°

= 22/7x 7 x 7 x 180°/ 360°

= 22 x 7 x 180/360

= 27720/360

= 77

Answer: The area of the sector is 77cm²
