  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the average.

       Given data- 9,11,13,15 and 17.

       To find - Average=?

       Solution:-

  • Average:- It is the ratio of the sum of all given numbers to the total number of items.
  • It is calculated as,

       Average=Total sum of all numbers/number of items.

       So, we are using the average formula. we get,

        \R\frac{9+11+13+15+17}{5}\\\Rightarrow \frac{70}{5}\\\Rightarrow 14.

      Hence, the value will be 14.

Given that:- 9,11,13,15 and 17.

As we have to find the average,

For, finding the average we have to sum up the given number and divide it by the total no. of items.

Therefore,

Average =\frac{total sum}{no. of items}

=>\frac{9+11+13+15+17}{5}

=>\frac{70}{5}

=>14

Hence, the average value is 14.
