Find the average of middle two fractions if 4/7, 1/3, 2/3, 5/9 are arranged in ascending order. A farmer has 192 animals out of which 7/16 are cattle. 2/3 of cattle are dairy cows. How many dairy cows does he have?

Answer:

Total number of animals =192

⇒   Fraction of cattle's =167​

∴     Number of cattle's =167​×192=84

⇒  Out of these 84 cattle's 32​ are dairy cows.

∴   Number of dairy cows =32​×84=56.
