Find the breadth of a rectangle whose length is 70 cm and perimeter is 200 cm

HEY MATE,

GIVEN : LENGTH = 70 CM, BREDTH = ?, AREA = 200 CM2

AREA OF RECTANGLE = L X B

200 = 70 X B

200 / 70 = B

2.85 CM (APPROX) = BREDTH.

perimeter = 2(l + b) \\ 200 = 2(70 + b) \\  \frac{200}{2}  = 70 + b \\ 100 - 70 = b \\ 30 = b
