Given : a rectangle whose area is 24 cm sq and length is 6cm

To Find :  the breadth of a rectangle

Solution:

Area of a rectangle = length * breadth

length = 6 cm

breadth = b cm

Area = 24 cm²

Substituting the values

=> 24 = 6 * b

Dividing both sides by 6

=> 24/6 = b

=> 4 = b

=> b = 4

Hence Breadth of rectangle is 4 cm
