cost of two bars = 35+ 35 = 70
sales tax on soaps = (5/100)*70
                               = 70/20
                               =7/2
                               =3.5
buying price = 70+ 3.5
                    = 73.5

sales tax on towel = (50/100)*50
                              =25
 buying price = 50+25 =75

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Towel:

TAX % =8.5%

Price =50

Original price =price-8.5%of price

=50-50*8.5/100=45.75

Two bars :

TAX %=8.5%

Price =35

Original price =price -8.5%of price

35-35*8.5/100=64.05
