Because the slant height is 10cm. Using pythagoras, we can find that the height of the cone is 6cm.

The formula for the capacity of a cone is  \frac{1}{3} * base area * height

Therefore the capacity is \frac{1}{3} × 8² × π × 6 cm³ = 402.1 cm³

The conversion between cubic centimeters and liter is 1L = 1000cm³

So the capacity of the cone is 0.4021 L.
