Heya,

Let the line be

 \frac{x}{a}  +  \frac{y}{b}  = 1

for the diagram,please refer to the attachment first

Now, we know

co-ordinate of centroid of a triangle is given by

( \frac{x1 + x2 + x3}{3}  \:  \frac{y1 + y2 + y3}{?3}

Hence, the centroid of the given triangle will be

( \frac{0 + a + 0}{3}  \frac{0 + 0 + b}{3} ) \\  =  > ( \frac{a}{3}  \:  \:  \: \frac{b}{3} )
