Given the triangle vertices are A(4,3), B(0,0) and C (2,3).

∵ The centroid of the triangle ABC =

(X1 + X2 + X3 / 2 , Y1 + Y2 + Y3 / 2)

Now, the centroid is

(4+0+2 / 3 , 3+0+3 /3)

= (2,2).
