here r=15cm
we know that formula for circumference of the circle is 2πr
substituting in the formula with radius 15cm,we get
circumference,C=2*π*15
                          = 30πcm

Note: u can also substitute the value of π as 22/7 or 3.14 and get the answer as 94.2cm.

hope i helped u

Given:

We have given the radius of the circle is 15cm.

To Find:

We have to find the circumference of a circle?

Step-by-step explanation:

  • The radius of the circle is given to us which is 15 cm. To calculate the circumference of the circle we will do the following step.
  • Circumference of circle is given by the formula 2\pi r
  • We will put the values of pi and r in the above equation which is of the formula of the circumference of a circle.

       \textrm{Circumference of circle}=2\times\frac{22}{7} \times15

  • Now we will multiply the terms of the numerator and do the simplification.

        \textrm{Circumference of circle}=\frac{44}{7} \times15

  • Now multiply the remaining terms of the numerator.

       \textrm{Circumference of circle}=\frac{660}{7}

  • Now by dividing the numerator term by denominator we get the circumference of a circle.

        \textrm{Circumference of circle}=94.28

Thus, the circumference of the circle is 94.28
