HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Answer:

Let

P,Q,R be the points that divide the line segment joining A(−2,2) and B(2,8) into four equal parts.

since Q is the mid-point of AB.

coordinates of Q are (–2+2/2 , 2+8/2)

i. e., (0,5)

coordinates of P are (–2+0/2 , 2+5/2 )

i.e. , (–1,7/2)

coordinate of R are (0+2/2 , 5+8/2)

i.e., (1,13/2)

hence, the coordinates of P,Q and R are

(0,5),(–1,7/2) and (1,13/2)
