problem: Find the common difference of AP in which a16-a12=16
now,
a16 = a+(16 -1)d = a+15 d
&
a12 = a+ (12-1)d = a+ 11 d

Now,
a16 - a12 =( a+15d ) - (a+11d ) = 4d
=> 4d = 16. => d= 4 answer
