What is AP???

A well defined sequence in which the difference of succeeding term and preceding term is constant.

Common difference of an AP :-

succeeding term-preceding term

So,

❥(x+y)-(x-y)

x+y-x+y

2y

Additional formulas:-

an=a+(n-1)d:- n term

Sn=n/2(2a+(n-1)
