and the interest rate is mentioned in terms of "per annum"
thus we need to divide the rate by 4
so r= 4%
9months= 3 quarters
t= 3          (number of quarters)
a=p(1+r)^t
= 15625(1+(4/100))^3
=15625(1+1/25)^3
=15625(26/25)^3
=(25^3)(26^3)/25^3                                                  25^3=15625
=17576
