A=10-⁴m −²

μe=0.135m ²(Vs)-¹

μ h=0.048m² (Vs) −¹

ni = 1.5×10⁶m-³

E=2V

The conductivity is:

σ=n i(μe + μh)e

σ=1.5×10⁶(0.135+0.048)1.6×10-¹⁹

σ=1.5(0.183)1.6×10-¹³

σ=0.4392×10-¹³Sm-¹

Now, the resistance is given by,

R= 1/σ(A)

R= 1/0.4392×10-¹³(10-⁴)

​R=0.2276×10-¹⁷ Ω
