if centre(2,-3) then it is the mid point of line AB by using the formula
x1+x2/2. ,y1+y2x2
let the coordinate of point A be x ,y
x+1/2=2, y+(4)/2= -3
x+1=4. ,y+4= -6
x=4-1. ,y= -6-4
x= 3. , y= -10
hence the cordinate of point A are (3,-10)
hope it is helpful

in the Centre (2,-3) then in the mid point of line AR by using the formula method
x1+1/2=2,y1+y2*2
let the coordination be x in y
x+1/2=2y+4=-6
x=4-1 y=-6-4
x=3,y=-10
hence proved
