On x axis the value of y is 0 so the point will be(x, 0) which is equidistant from a and b
According to distance formula
(x-2)*2 + (0+5)*2 = (x+2)*2+(0-9)*2
x*2+4-4x+25=x*2+4+4x+81
x= -7
So the point will be(-7,0)
