A = (3,5)

B = (1,7)

let the mid point be C

C is on y axis .

so C is = (0,y)

Then,

(3-0)² + (5-y)² = (1-0)² + (7-y)²

= 9 + 25 + y² - 10y = 1 + 49 + y² - 14y

= -10y + 14y = 50 - 34

= 4y = 16

So y is = 16/4

y = 4

Thus the point is (0,4) which is equie distance from the point (3,5) and (1,7)
