       X =  mx2+nx1/M+N , Y =  my2+ny1/M+N

       X = 3(9)+1(5)/3+1    ,    Y =  3(-2)+1(6)/3+1

       X = 27+5/4       ,          Y = -6+6/4

       X = 32/4          ,           Y = 0/4

      X = 8            Y = 0
