find the cost of landscaping a garden which is in quadrilateral shape at rupees 5 per square meter if one of the diagonal is given as 18 m and the altitudes drawn to that diagonal are 12m and 14meters?​

Suppose the diagonal as base we have height of the formed triangles

area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 18 \times 12 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 18 \times 14

 = 108 + 126 = 234

Cost of landscaping =234x5=₹1270
