Then the heron's formula would be √{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}
After doing the calculations you would get the area which equals to 96 m^2.I am assuming that you meant rupees 4 per sq metres.Then the cost would be => 4 × 96 = 384 rupees is your solution.
