It is a eyesight problem, it's also called long sightedness. This problem creates a blurred image. The patients of this problem face problems seeing things near to this.
The image in this situation is usually formed behind the retina.

This condition can be caused by the small size of the eye, it can also be caused by the lenses when they do not refract light efficiently.
