inner surface of the well =πrh
d=3.5m,h=10m.
then, inner surface of the well =2*π*3.5/2*10
=110m²
1m²=Rs45
110m²=110*45
=Rs4950.
Hope this will help you.

ork: Please make mine as the best
ork: thank you
Avishek: inner surface of well also includes the base of well
ork: the base of the well needs water, and how can you plaster it also?????????

We know that a well is in a shape of a cylinder. So to find the cost of plastering, we need to find the curved surface area of the walls first and then multiply it to the cost.

So CSA of cylinder = 2πrh
= 22/7 x 3.5/2 x 10
= (22 x 0.5 X 10)/2
= 110 m²

Now cost = 110 x 45
= Rs 4950

Hope that helps !!
