Explanation:

the circuit has two Resistors (30 & 30 ohm) in series and these are in parallel with other resistor (30ohm)

hence R' = R1+R2

R' = 30 + 30 =60 ohm (series)

R" = R'×R3/(R'+R3) (parallel)

R" = 60 ×30/(60+30) = 20 ohm

But I = V/R" (ohm's law)

hence current I = 2/20= 0.1A
