\huge\bf{Solution:-}

Given that :-

\star Diameter = 16cm

radius = diameter /2

radius = 16/2 = 8cm

\star Height = 15cm

THEN ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION:-

\huge{\boxed{\green{slant\: height, l = \sqrt{{h}^{2} + {r}^{2}} } }}

slant height l = √15² + 8²

l = √225 + 64

l = √289

l = 17cm

slant height l = 17cm

\huge{\boxed{\green{ Curved\:surface\:area\:cone = \pi r l } }}

Curved surface area of cone = 22/7 × 8 × 17

Curved surface area of cone = 2992/7

Curved surface area of cone = 427.42....cm²(approx)
