f(x) =6x^3-9x+4

f'(x)=d/dx(6x³-9x+4)

=> f'(x) = d/dx(6x³)-d/dx(9x) + d/dx(4)

=> f'(x) = 18x²-9+0

(applying power rule of derivative)

=> f'(x) = 9(2x²-1)
